The BIS Hallmark is India's official hallmarking system for gold and silver jewellery. It certifies that the piece of jewellery conforms to a set of standards laid by the Bureau of Indian Standards. V.H.C. GOLD & SILVER TESTING ensures complete transparency in this process.

A BIS hallmark consists of 3 mandatory components:

1. The BIS Logo

The official Bureau of Indian Standards logo confirms that the testing was done at an authorized Assaying & Hallmarking Centre like ours.

2. Purity of Gold (BIS Rules)
