Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of Services

Service cancellation is highly time-sensitive:

• Before Processing: If you wish to cancel your testing or hallmarking request before the metal has been processed (i.e., before it is placed in the XRF machine or marked by the laser), you are eligible for a full cancellation and your item will be returned immediately.
• After Processing: Once the testing, assaying, or laser engraving process has commenced or been completed, the service is considered fulfilled. No cancellations or refunds can be processed at this stage.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following charges are strictly non-refundable once the service is rendered:

• Testing and Assaying Fees.
• BIS Hallmarking Charges (as these are logged into the central government BIS portal).
• Laser Engraving or Marking Fees.

3. Eligible Scenarios for Refund

Refunds are only applicable in specific administrative or technical scenarios, such as:

• Double Payments / Technical Glitches: If you have accidentally paid twice for the same service via UPI, Card, or Net Banking, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
• Inability to Render Service: In the rare event that our machinery is facing technical downtime or we are unable to process your item due to our internal constraints, any advance payment made will be fully refunded.

4. Disputed Results & Re-Testing

If you are unsatisfied or have doubts regarding the XRF testing results generated by our machines:

• We do not offer direct refunds for disputed results.
• Instead, we offer an advanced Fire Assay Touch (Chemical Testing) to double-verify the purity. If the secondary test reveals a significant operational error on our part during the initial test, the subsequent testing charges may be waived off at the management's discretion.

5. Refund Processing Time

For eligible refunds (like duplicate payments), the amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank or payment gateway provider.
